Booking
In order to ensure the room of your choice, it is better to discuss availability on the telephone. A reservation can be made immediately and held for a short time until payment of a deposit of £100 per person is confirmed.
It is a condition of our holiday that all our guests take travel insurance to cover medical emergencies. We advise that you take this out at the time of booking as we are unable to give refunds in the case of cancellation.
The remaining balance will be required 10 weeks prior to departure.

The information we ask of you is used only by us, to provide you with a safe, efficient and enjoyable service.
We will ask your contact details - name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. We will also, at this time, request knowledge of any special needs, dietary or health, to ensure you a safe and enjoyable holiday.
A further form will be sent ten weeks before the holiday is due to start, requesting the balance of payment, flight details, contact number for next of kin, holiday insurance details and information about your dietary preferences to help you enjoy every meal.
